The "Best of Gaston" Community Choice Awards
The Community’s Choice Awards recognizes local businesses annually for their “Best of Gaston” awards. The awards provide an opportunity for the community to recognize retailers, restauranteurs, healthcare workers, and more. Together, these enterprising individuals and their businesses all contribute to making Gaston County a great place to live.
The awards cycle starts in February of each year when the public can submit nominations. In April, people can vote for their favorite businesses from a list of the top five in over 150 categories. Finally, in July, the organizers announce the winners at the annual awards gala and then share the results with the public.
