What to Expect on Your First Visit
New patients can expect to be warmly greeted by Heather at the front desk. You will be asked to complete paperwork in the waiting room unless you have completed it before your visit. You may also choose to wait in your car and be called when your room is ready.
When ready, you will be called to make your way to the operatory where you meet your dental hygienist who will discuss any concerns and take needed xrays. Depending on your dental needs, she may proceed with a dental cleaning or Dr. Bass may come evaluate your dental condition. Dr. Bass will listen to your concerns and come up with a plan to restore or maintain optimal dental health
Dr. Bass will provide necessary services and share her best dental practices.
Your Dental Questions, Answered
Where Comfort & Confidence Begin
Do you offer personalized dental care plans?
Bass Dentistry works alongside each patient to help them strengthen their dental health and achieve any cosmetic, restorative, or alignment goals they may have. Listening to patients’ end goals helps us formulate a proactive plan tailored to them. Backed by leading digital imaging technology, our digital X-rays provide accurate insights into your dental health.
What can I expect at my first visit?
At your first visit, we take the time to get to know you and your dental needs. You’ll start with a thorough exam and any necessary X-rays to assess your oral health and identify areas that may need attention. We’ll discuss your personal goals, review your dental history, and create a customized plan to keep your smile healthy.
Do you accept dental insurance?
While we are not in-network with insurance, we do provide itemized receipts you can use to request reimbursement from your provider. To make care accessible for everyone, we also offer Dental Membership Plans that include cleanings, exams, X-rays, emergency visits, and savings on additional treatments for adults, children, and periodontal patients.
What do I need to do after I book an appointment?
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive clear instructions on any forms or information needed before your visit. The team at Bass Dentistry will ensure a smooth check-in process, answer any questions you have, and guide you through your first visit step by step.
