welcome

New patients

Welcome, we’re so glad you found us! At Bass Dentistry we provide gentle and compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. If you and your family are looking for a new dental home or would like to have a consultation, call, text or use the convenient online form.

New Patient Forms

Complete your paperwork in advance to reduce wait time in the office. Our new patient forms ask a series of standard questions so that we can better inform our care for each patient. To save time, download and print the forms or complete them online!

Dental Insurance

We aim to offer affordable dental services to our patients in Gastonia.

Welcome! At this time, we are accepting patients with all insurances, except for patients with Medicaid or HMO plans (which restrict filing to only in-network providers). Make sure you have your insurance information prior to your appointment so we can help you understand your coverage.

What to expect on your first visit

New patients can expect to be warmly greeted by Heather at the front desk. You will be asked to complete paperwork in the waiting room unless you have completed it before your visit. You may also choose to wait in your car and be called when your room is ready. When ready, you will be called to make your way to the operatory where you meet your dental hygienist who will discuss any concerns and take needed xrays. Depending on your dental needs, she may proceed with a dental cleaning or Dr. Bass may come evaluate your dental condition. Dr. Bass will listen to your concerns and come up with a plan to restore or maintain optimal dental health

Dr. Bass will provide necessary services and share her best dental practices.
